The new stake, the Grand River Missouri Stake, consists of the Far West YSA, Gallatin, Grand River Valley, Mill Creek, Spring Hill, Three Forks, Trenton (Tongan), and Yellow Creek Wards. The new stake presidency is Joseph Richardson, president; David Marble, first counselor; and Jeff Durfee, second counselor.
Units in the Far West Missouri Stake are Crooked River, Far West, Fishing River, Grindstone Creek, Kearney, and Whitmer Wards and the Alta Vista (Spanish) and Excelsior Springs Branches.
The new Far West Stake presidency is David Mayne, president; Scott Murray, first counselor; and Matthew Musser, second counselor.
No ward boundaries were adjusted. The boundaries of the Far West YSA Ward and the Alta Vista Branch continue to be the boundaries of the Far West Missouri Stake and the Grand River Missouri Stake.
